Tunnels
Each turn you may only expend CP's up to your Variation number (2 dice roll), and then, only if the roll was not doubles (12 excepted), plus you receive totally free any Bonus Points granted you by Event Card.
Mountain Passes
Only one Railroad may construct through a Mountain Pass.
Mountain Pass construction is not allowed at all during Winter turns.

A Standard Grade may only be commenced from a continuous dual-track or standard grade connecting to Denver.
